We are always looking for new dessert combinations and Nutella Stuffed Oreo Puffs are no exception! These yummy treats include the best of both worlds: Nutella and Oreos in an irresistible bite-sized dessert. Why isn’t everyone doing this?

This Nutella Stuffed Oreo Puff recipe is fun and easy to make

Best of all, these puffs are really fun to make and eat — a conversation piece. They are amazingly easy to make with 3 ingredients using refrigerated pie crusts. OK, so we excluded the egg wash from that list, but it’s still really simple. Serve these for dessert with ice cream or on their own as snacks on-the-go.

Nutella Stuffed Oreo Puffs

Oreo cookies stuffed with Nutella and wrapped in puff pastry
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 30 mins
Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 10 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup Nutella
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat and set aside.
  • Gently twist off cookie tops of Oreos. Using a knife, spread in about a teaspoon of Nutella on one side of the cookie. Add back the cookie top with cream. Repeat for other Oreos.
  • On a flat surface, unfold one pie crust. Place stuffed Oreos about an inch apart on the pie crust.
  • Unfold second crust and place on top. Using a cookie cutter or glass/mug, cut out puffs from pie crusts. Use a fork to press together edges of each, and brush with beaten egg.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and puffy. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Note: You may get 1 or 2 pie crusts inside one package depending on the brand.
