Meatball Marinara Cheese Bombs

Every party needs some great finger food, and these Meatball Marinara Cheese Bombs could be the perfect appetizer. We’ve served these at game day parties, holiday parties and everyone just loves them!
You can make these in 20 minutes flat including baking, so hard to go wrong. Just make sure you make enough for your crowd, as this recipe makes 8 bombs. You may want to double or triple the recipe.
Meatball Marinara Cheese Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 8 mini-meatballs
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place biscuits onto parchment paper and flatten with a spoon.
- Spoon a tablespoon of marinara into each biscuit, and place a halved meatball and mozzarella cube into the center. Repeat for remaining biscuits.
- Pinch together sides of dough to seal the ingredients into the dough and flip over. Repeat.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with garlic powder and chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
