- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
- 8 mini-meatballs
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place biscuits onto parchment paper and flatten with a spoon.
Spoon a tablespoon of marinara into each biscuit, and place a halved meatball and mozzarella cube into the center. Repeat for remaining biscuits.
Pinch together sides of dough to seal the ingredients into the dough and flip over. Repeat.
Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with garlic powder and chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
