Meatball Marinara Cheese Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 8 mini-meatballs
  • 6 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place biscuits onto parchment paper and flatten with a spoon.
  • Spoon a tablespoon of marinara into each biscuit, and place a halved meatball and mozzarella cube into the center. Repeat for remaining biscuits.
  • Pinch together sides of dough to seal the ingredients into the dough and flip over. Repeat.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with garlic powder and chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
