- 1 large round bread loaf
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- marinara sauce or ranch or hot sauce, for dipping
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Set aside a baking sheet.
Slice a 1-inch grid into your bread about 3/4 deep.
Slide mozzarella cheese and pepperoni evenly into where you cut.
Mix 1/2 cup of melted butter together with 2 tsp of Italian seasoning. Brush the outside of the entire bread loaf.
Wrap loaf in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Serve hot with marinara dipping sauce and enjoy!
