Buffalo Chicken Wonton Cups

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a muffin pan lightly with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing with a mixer or wooden spoon. Mix in chicken and ¾ cup of cheese.
  • Place a wonton wrapper to a muffin cup and add a spoonful of batter. Put on a second wrapper followed by another spoonful of batter. Add pinches of cheddar and blue cheese.
  • Repeat for remaining cups until batter is finished.
  • Bake for 18 min until browned slightly. Serve and enjoy!
