- 6 Italian rolls hoagie rolls or similar
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
- 1 lb deli ham sliced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium sweet onion sliced
- 3/4 cup banana pepper rings
- 24 slices sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 lb sliced salami
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Slice buns in half lengthwise.
Add the sausage, ham, pizza sauce, cheese, onion, banana pepper rings, pepperoni and finally salami.
Season with salt and pepper, and replace the bun tops.
Wrap each bun in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
Slice sandwiches in half. Serve and enjoy!
