Pizza Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Italian rolls hoagie rolls or similar
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb deli ham sliced
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium sweet onion sliced
  • 3/4 cup banana pepper rings
  • 24 slices sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 lb sliced salami
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Slice buns in half lengthwise.
  • Add the sausage, ham, pizza sauce, cheese, onion, banana pepper rings, pepperoni and finally salami.
  • Season with salt and pepper, and replace the bun tops.
  • Wrap each bun in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.
  • Slice sandwiches in half. Serve and enjoy!
