Cake Mix Cookies
These Cake Mix Cookies are soft, moist and so delicious! You only need 3 ingredients to make them, and nobody will know you used a cake mix to make them. There are endless combinations of flavors and toppings that make them so much fun and perfect for a party!

- 1 box cake mix any 15-18 oz box is fine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter

- 4 oz white chocolate melted
- powdered sugar
- nuts, sprinkles, coconut
Preheat oven to 350°F. Set aside a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a nonstick baking mat. In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil to make the cookie dough.
Use a large spoon or scoop to firm 1 1/2-inch size balls from the cookie dough.
Place them onto the baking sheet spaced approximately 2 inches apart.
Bake for about 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Remove cookies from the oven and transfer to a wire cooling rack.
Drizzle with optional melted white chocolate and chill for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to firm. Serve and enjoy!
