- 1 box cake mix your favorite mix (I use devil’s food cake mix)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package Rolo candies
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C): Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make the dough: Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil. (Note that you need to follow the ingredients and instructions here instead of the one from your box package. The dough will be much thicker than the regular cake batter.)
Roll the dough into 20 balls: scoop out a small piece of batter and use your hand to roll it into a large ball shape. Repeat and finish the rest.
Stuff a Rolo into each ball: Unwrap a Rolo candy and fill it into the center of a ball. Then fold in to cover. Repeat and use up all the cake mix cookie dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes: bake until the cookies are puffed up. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar.
