- 4 cups vegetable oil
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- butter melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- sprinkles
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- sprinkles
For the cinnamon sugar mix, in a bowl, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and mix.
For the vanilla glaze mix, in a bowl, add 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix.
Separate the dough into 8 pieces. Slice each piece of dough into fourths. Roll these pieces into small balls.
Place the balls into a large saucepan filled with oil, heated to 350°F. Fry for 1 minute.
For the vanilla glaze mix, dip the donut holes into the glaze and top with sprinkles. For regular glazed donut holes, leave out the sprinkles.
For the cinnamon sugar glaze, coat the donut holes in 2 tablespoons melted butter, then cover with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
