A savory pancake idea using groudn beef, leftover spaghetti and seasonings
Servings: 6 servings
- 3 cups cooked spaghetti
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 2 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
- 1 cup green pepper minced
- 1/2 cup onion minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- sauces for dipping: chipotle, salsa etc. optional
On a cutting board, chop leftover spaghetti into small pieces (less than one inch).
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into small hamburger-size pieces for frying.
Place a frying pan over medium heat. Add a few teaspoons of oil. Place pancakes into pan and frying 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove to a paper towel lined plate and serve with optional dipping sauces.
