Buffalo Chicken
- 2 skinless chicken breasts diced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Fried Rice
- 2 tsp sesame oil divided
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
In a medium bowl, mix together diced chicken, buffalo sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
Place a large frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 teaspoon sesame oil and frozen mixed vegetables. Add minced garlic and continue to stir. Add in chicken mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes until cooked through, stirring.
Create a center in the pan for the whisked egg mixed with 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Once egg begins to set, scramble and mix.
Add sliced buffalo chicken, white rice, soy sauce and mix.
Add 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
