  • 36 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 3 small jalapeño peppers sliced thin

Chocolate Raspberry Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • powdered sugar (optional)

Shrimp Guacamole Toppers

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 24 medium deveined shrimp raw or cooked
  • 2 tbsp brick cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup guacamole

Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

  • 24 RITZ Crackers
  • 4 oz brick cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberry pie filling or cherry pie filling


Jalapeño Popper Toppers

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and shredded cheese with a spoon until blended.
  • Spread cheese mixture onto crackers. Top with sliced peppers.

Chocolate Raspberry Bites

  • Add chocolate chips to a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave in 30-second internals until melted, stirring each time. Mix in cream cheese until blended.
  • Spread chocolate mixture onto crackers. Top with 4-5 raspberries per cracker. Dust with optional powdered sugar.
