Beautiful Frico Cups made out of fresh parmesan cheese

We’ve suggested using heirloom cherry or grape tomatoes. They’re the small, multi-color tomatoes that are so yummy. Any other ripe tomatoes will do if you can’t find them.

You’ll need 20-25 minutes in total to prepare these cups. Plan to serve them with some cocktails or fruity wine!
