Some of the best moments in life are spontaneous, like when you decide to get creative with a box of Ritz Crackers before a party! In case you need any inspiration, these hors d’oeuvres are always a hit with their attractive looks and creamy flavors.
The best part? They’re easy to throw together with just a few ingredients. Make one, two or all four! So let’s get this party started!
1. Shrimp Guacamole Bites
Shrimp lovers will fall all over these savory Shrimp Guacamole Bites. They’re Ritz Crackers with an avocado spread topped with jumbo seasoned shrimp.
Not only do they have a delicious burst of seafood flavor, but they’re oh-so attractive too.
2. Jalapeño Popper Toppers
Our second savory idea are these Jalapeño Popper Toppers. Super simple, they’re a combination of cream cheese and shredded cheese on a Ritz Cracker with a slice of fresh jalapeño on top. Each bite is crunchy, creamy and spicy!
For just a bit of heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeño, or leave them in for a spicer kick.
3. Chocolate Raspberry Bites
On the sweeter side of life, we’ve created these incredible Chocolate Raspberry Bites. Simply prepared, they consist of melted chocolate spread onto a Ritz Cracker with fresh raspberries and a drizzle of melted chocolate on top.
If you really want to go all-out, you can make them double-decker with a dusting of powdered sugar for a stunning presentation!
4. Strawberry Cheesecake Bites
Next up for our sweet recipe ideas are these Strawberry Cheesecake Bites with cream cheese on a RITZ Cracker topped with strawberry pie filling.
It doesn’t get much simpler than that, and the burst of red color is really attractive for a party…
Each recipe can make 24 pieces, which is enough for 8 people assuming 3 pieces each.
You can make them up to 4 hours ahead of time. Accordingly, just arrange them on a serving platter, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving.
